Returns and Refunds:

Shelf Life:

Our ingredients have a minimum shelf life of 3 months unless specified otherwise.

Non-Refundable Items:

Due to the perishable nature of food and beverage items, they are non-refundable unless they are faulty. Customised products are also non-refundable.

Returns Process:

You are responsible for organising and covering the cost of returns. If a product is damaged in transit or handled in a way that prevents resale, you will be held accountable and may receive a reduced refund to account for the depreciation in value.

14-Day Return Policy:

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return. The item must be unopened, unused, in its original packaging, and accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

Starting a Return:

To initiate a return, contact us at [email protected] with the relevant details, including order and delivery information, photographic evidence, and the product’s condition. If your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions for sending the package back. Unsolicited returns will not be accepted.

Return Delivery Cost:

The cost of returning goods via delivery is not covered by Boba lux Company and must be borne by the customer.

Damaged and Incorrect Items:

Inspect your order upon receipt and notify us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Provide evidence, if applicable, for further investigation.

Damages in Transit:

If your order arrives damaged, document it with clear photographic evidence and contact us. Damages to packaging or products during transit are the responsibility of the courier company.

Wrong or Incomplete Order:

If you receive the wrong or incomplete order, email us at [email protected] with photographic evidence of all received items for investigation.

Failed Delivery:

If the courier cannot deliver the goods due to no response from the customer and the items are returned to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for courier fees for re-delivery.

Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items, such as perishable goods (food, syrups, and powders), custom products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases, cannot be returned. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about a specific item.
