- Please note that due to the perishable nature of the stock, all food and beverage items are non-refundable unless they are faulty.
- Any customised products are also non-refundable.
- We do not provide a free returns service. Any returns must be organised and paid for by yourself. Should the product be damaged in transit or be handled in a way which would not be permitted to be resold, you will be held solely responsible and will pay the full amount for the damaged goods. This may lead to a reduction of your refund to reflect the depreciation in the value of the goods.

- Damages and issues
- Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
- If the product you have received is in fact faulty or described incorrectly, please provide evidence for this so that we can further investigate. If warranty exists, item will be replaced subject to investigation findings.

- Damages to the products packaging or products while it is in transit is the full responsibility of the courier company. If you find your order to be damaged in transit we advise that you take photographic evidence of the order in many angles in clear light so that this can be investigated with the courier company.
